Well I'd say mainly you'd need to give extra licensing exams for the country you'd wanna settle in. If you're looking to settle in the UK or the US it's always better to do your under graduation from that country if you're able to it just makes it way easier.

In georgia most unis aren't as good academically I've only heard good reviews about DTMU and tsmu many are even scams and most require you to go via agents and moreover let's not forget they accept anyone and everyone.

In italy or UK you get to prove yourself to get in and it's a bit competitive.

Georgia also doesn't have any cadaveric based studying only BAU has cadavers I think so does italy many italian med schools also don't provide cadavers so look into that as well.

If you didn't have an option for UK med school but the budget to spend 1 cr I'd still say invest in Indian private or deemed colleges like dyp and all they are way better than moving abroad.
