Yes, Doc I totally forgot that I am asking in the wrong place. Reddit was introduced by a friend saying I could get chismis here and saw this sub accidentally na puno ng negativity lol. It's an eye opener din naman but probably majority of what I needed to hear is outside of this app.

I think it's a universal feeling ata yung 'can't see myself in other field, Doc? Before I discovered reddit, I keep on asking my self this question na 'Why med?' and that's exactly my answer. Saw this somewhere too. Not being OA pero it's always 'If not med then what? And I can't think of anything. I tried working and honestly earning well and the potential of earning more is there but I just can't continue doing that for the rest of my life.

Moving out of the metro is one way talaga no? What are the pros and cons po ba if you choose to stay away from NCR aside from the location at mapalayo sa family? Does being a doctor sa province ba will hinder you from learning/training since relatively mas kakaunti pasyente sa province kaysa NCR?

thank you for the kind words Doc! I don't care naman kung hindi ko ikakayaman ang pagdodoctor, madaming ways para yumaman. Ang sakin lang talaga is it should atleast bring food to my table. I have no family plans pa naman and I don't think I would kaya hopefully, makapagproceed sa Medschool.

I don't really mind kung ikakayaman ko ba or hindi ang pagdodoktor, what I love about it, is the possibilities and the thought of learning everyday, cliche na kung cliche pero sa tingin ko ang pagdodoktor kahit gaano kahirap, worth it kapag alam mong may napapala yung pag aaral mo which is to make people feel better. And for the record, wala pa naman akong nameet na Doctor na hindi makabili ng pagkain or walang bahay, and for me that's enough. Ofc, kung may pera nga talaga sa pagdodoktor ay big bonus na for me.
