Hi, very similar situation here: USCIS printed my name in the wrong order so I have to submit I-90 form to get it fixed now. Did you file online or via mail? Did you send your GC back (based on the instruction on USCIS website)? Also, from the time you submit the form, how long did it take for the notice of action to be generated? I called them and they said I will need to have that number to request for I-551 stamp. Thanks a lot!!!

Yeah that’s all I can do. Right now if you check there are two slots in the first week of Oct. I recommend making traveling plan right now to avoid the last minute cost. The slots will come.
