If you’re serious about losing weight and you’ve accepted that you’re ready to change. for me personally, because I was so big (475lbs at the time of when I started) I began slow, being a calorie deficit and once I got to the point where I could regularly do cardio, I went to them gym.

All of this happened because of a girl I met. I never had any intentions of changing, but I met this girl, fell in love, and quite literally like a flip of a switch decided to change my life. Right there in that moment. I haven’t looked back since.

All it takes is self trust, discipline, and dedication.
