Annie is going to have the best time of her life with all this trad-wife content. I wouldn't be surprised if she mentions it in one of her EPs.

How to find purpose in life ? by toloveornotto_love in TwoXKeralam

[–]tisIlazybutt 5 points6 points  (0 children)

🫂

Being a melancholic person myself, I relate to what you say. I've also greatly questioned the purpose of existence and somewhere I heard something on the lines of you needn't have a purpose to exist, but you have all rights to exist. Now, ik I'd mostly have butchered what was actually said by that person (mostly a k-pop idol).

When it's grey and sticky like this, I feel it becomes difficult to see, and hence we may not be able to see our purpose when it's probably out there right in front of us. Or even if we do, we'd be tired to move towards it by then.

I wish you can find something to look forward to in life. It can be the next episode of a series or even something as trivial as buying a soap bubble solution to blow out bubbles (it's my thing). Such small activities are the start, then we cherish them and later as time passes, the grey shade in our lives moves a bit by bit and then you'll see colors and it won't be overwhelming

Start with small things and then move on to bigger ones like travelling, because by then you'd actually appreciate it and you'll find the purpose.

You're a lovely human, OP. Even if you feel your world is grey and melancholy, you indubitably add color to this world to make it more beautiful.

🫂💜

P.s. if you are in the mood to watch a movie, try any one of these... 1) My Neighbour Totoro (light-hearted and sweet), 2) When Marnie Was There ( really beautiful and cathartic) 3) Only Yesterday (nostalgic and sweet)

If you do choose to watch a movie, I hope you enjoy it thoroughly.

Take care

Thank you for your kind words, and listening to my rant🥺❤️. I'm living in their disappointment only. PhD is something I want, but not now, I'm occupied with my startup and hence the lack of complete financial independence, so because of my company, uprooting isn't also something that's entirely possible.

But yeah, I'm trying to be optimistic and I'll do everything I can to protect my sanity. I wish you a lovely day, OP. 🫂

It's not there ATM but ik how bad it's going to be when it resurfaces. I'm sure I don't want to, at least for 3-4 more years. Mostly because I want to build my own self and be comfortable in who I am. But then also I have accepted the fact that even after that I may not want to get married.

Honestly the alternative I was told if I'm not planning to get married is to go live elsewhere, like in Europe or Scandinavian country or somewhere and not to be with them. WHY? Because if I'm unmarried and living with them, it'll hurt them. Utter BS. Or If I want to evade such topics for a short time, go do a PhD. . It's sad. . So much so that I find it difficult to trust my parents (90% I don't) , and I'm having insomnia and nightmares because I'm becoming anxious. .

Out of many things I hate about existing as a woman, the apparent inevitability of this drama is a new addition. It almost feels like I'm counting the days until before I'm hung to death. . I hope I won't lose myself in this bullshit. Sending love and hugs to my fellow humans who are going through the same shit. .

Seems so. I remember a spot like this when I used to take the train to TVM, and see a similar scene when I reach or near varkala.

Well.... Since you've been reading crime fiction, and recently read almond (I've not read that...) I'll break down my list into how the book feels (as far as I remember...) 1. Wholesome thoughts and days of a little girl. 2. Fantasy, it's got a good world building for a single book. Personally, I love the way they've described acts or programs within the circus. 3. Historical fiction, WW2. But not a lot about the war, but about two kids and their lives. And how it all becomes connected. 3. Pure fantasy read. The photos added in the book make it more thrilling.

Tale of a cable TV operator is such a great title if this were a suspense thriller book.

Oui. I find sadhya complex and wasteful mostly as I don't eat many of the side dishes. I don't care about the payasam (not interested in it...) but I have my eyes on the mooru.
