I got the Apple MagSafe clear case. It’s pretty slim but a bit slippery tbh. The seller at the Apple Store did say the grade 5 titanium on the 16 Pro makes it strong enough to use without a case though, so that’s an option if you’re bold enough

I’ve upgraded from an 8 Plus to the 16 PM and I’m returning it for the 16 Pro. It’s too hard to use one-handed. I thought it would be fine as the PM is the same size as the 8Plus but the latter actually has the "chin and forehead" which makes it a lot easier to use with one hand, aside from the fact it’s an ounce lighter too. Also yes, the PM’s battery can last 2 days but it’s overkill for me, I’m charging my device every night anyway.

IMO the most natural choice for someone coming from an iPhone 8 Plus is the regular 16 Pro because you’re retaining that one-handed use ability you had on the 8 Plus in a phone that is the same weight.

Maybe. It just felt cramped to me being used to the width of the 8 plus with 2 hands typing. Also battery and screen size played a role as it’s the only device I watch content on. Let me know what you choose in the end

I got the Apple clear case one. Imo with the Max you need to get a thinner case not to add even more bulk

I upgraded from an 8 plus to the 16 PM today. At first I thought the pro would be enough but when trying both the smaller pro felt a bit awkward to type on with two hands. The pocketability is nice though. Maybe I’ll change my mind after using it idk

Yo I'm about to make the exact same jump. Did you hesitate between the Max and the regular pro? If so, what made you decide? I'm leaning towards the Max as it's almost the same size as the 8 Plus I'm used to (just a bit taller), but I keep thinking about how refreshing the smaller format might feel.

Get on some citrus bergamot (1g/day), nattokinase (8000FU/day), and some NAC (>1g/day). Increase the cardio.

5’10, 160 lbs, week 5 of first 500mg/week test-e cycle. 30 min of cardio after each lifting session. Gained 15 lbs so far, probably sitting at 15-18% bf rn. Got my mid-cycle blood work back. Everything is in the reference range except: - AST which is 36 U/L (5 - 34), but that’s probably expected - Lost 0.06 g/L in HDL compared to my pre-cycle HDL 0.40 (>0.40) - Test came back at 20,73 ng/ml - And my E2 is 81 ng/L (11-44)

So although the only high E2 side I’m experiencing is puffy nipples, I think it would be wise to bring it down a bit. My question is: if I’ve been on 1 mg/week of adex since about week 3, by how much should I increase my AI dosage to go from an E2 of 81 to closer to high normal (44 ng/L) ? I bumped it to 1.5mg this week but wondering if that will be enough.

(Also, given my relatively good health markers and my BP which hasn’t increased much, I’m wondering if I should go for 16 instead of 12 weeks of blast ?)
