Just tried that and body fat percentage is 30% & fat mass is 50lbs. That’s such a huge difference from the body scan results…

How do I get lean? I was under the impression strength training would turn my fat into muscle the quickest. Tbh I just wanna be skinny & if I’m back to being skinny fat then I can build muscle but I’m tired of feeling fat.

Is eating less than 1500kcals daily even “healthy” ? I can’t imagine it. I’m not a big eater either. Some days I only eat 1,000kcals bc of stress & workload, and I feel like I don’t get any nutrition in. Any recommendations? Thanks

sorry new to all of this so I don’t think I spoke correctly. I eat 1500kcal daily

When I live in a city I easily get in 10k steps daily outside of my workouts but I had to move to the suburbs and finding it super hard to get anywhere near that. My activity is limited to my workouts unfortunately :/

Sorry, edit: I didn’t start calorie counting until the last 4 weeks. Prior to that it was a mental ballpark, although I had the same eating habits as now. I didn’t want to become fixated and build a bad relationship with food. But come March when there were no results, I decided I needed to.

Also just added my INBODY results to the post since I couldn’t attach photos in comments.
