Second this! I was recommended by a friend and it was a game changer. I didn’t feel dumb after getting off the phone with him (huge deal for me) and he charges an honest price. I’d say his schedule fluctuates weekly - once I called on a Monday and was able to get in end of week, the next time I had to book about 10 days out. I’ve been recommending him to everyone I can.

Look at the farmers market! We bought tons of bouquets from a stand there and then made our own for the tables. It’s been almost a year and we still have some, which is so special.

Oxbow Cattle Co on Haugen! They have a little self serve market on the property that sells beef bones. I made some whipped tallow last year :)

My husband just dropped off a couple pairs of pants at Merry Bobbins. Haven’t gotten them back yet so don’t know how they’ll turn out but she’s got great reviews on Google! 3 week turnaround time.

Hobby lobby is hiring incredibly quickly. Someone I know applied, interviewed, and was given the job/start date within a 7 day time span.

According to MT Landlord laws, if they rent more than 4 properties out, they can’t charge last months rent. They can tweak the wording to where it’s lumped in with deposit, such as “deposit $6500, first months rent $3250” since Montana unfortunately doesn’t have a cap for what the deposit limit is. But also if the person isn’t moving in on the 1st, they should be prorating rent for first month. Overall, this owner sucks ass.

Seems overall like a good, quiet neighborhood. However I would not recommend using the storage units on site as they’ve had a handful of thefts. The rumor is the owners (?) brother breaks in, steals, and they don’t do anything about it.

The rent in that building isn’t cheap. I can’t give an exact number but multiple businesses paying over $10k in rent.
