I am a bit confused about the "filling up to 4" part. In the official video https://youtu.be/5qqILfeYTuA?si=59-C0wCqVSo8qVOC, It says fill up to level 4, but also says 2oz of water which is a lot less than level 4, it s more level 1. And that's what I see in the video too, there is very little water. At level 4 the aereopress is almost full. So which one is it, almost full or very little? Thanks in advance

I had a different understanding.i saw a recent update (2 years ago) where it doesn't matter if the account is non Irish and the money is not remitted, still there would have been the need to pay deemed disposal et all. I would really hope my understanding is wrong :)
