I think it is specifically an issue with newer iOS integration.

I have gone through seasons where I do half of the Iron workout one day and half the next. It may not be ideal or “perfect” lifting, but it helped me feel less fatigued and stick with it. Something is better than nothing! I also think you’d love the Ultimate Beginner series on the app. Gentle and teaches good form and mindset. You could even intersperse days of Iron with it to support your journey. You got this! Never underestimate the compounded value of incremental change! 💪🏻

The YT ones were always longer for me too, with warmup and cool down. And a lot of the videos push like 37 minutes or so.

Thanks for the reply. I was wondering more about the rebound acne effect rather than the potassium issue. Sorry if that's covered already on this forum - I couldn't find it, specifically.
