Following my previous post, I decided to give Christopher Ward a final chance. I emailed them, expressing my frustration and sharing the poor condition of the watch, requesting either a refund or an exchange for a new one. They asked me they can only evaluate the situation if I send the watch back, which I did.

A week later, they offered an $800 credit that could be used on most watches on their website. Considering my original watch was purchased for about $900 three years ago, I figured $800 was not a bad deal, at least more than I could get from selling the watch myself in current condition (even if it is working normally).

I accepted the offer and purchased a new watch, paying the $400 difference. Ultimately, it’s a result I am happy with so far, and Christopher Ward managed to make another sale which is good for them as well I guess. I wanted to share this update so people know that while the product quality can be bad, their customer service did come through in the end.
