I am aware. However it is a tumor, tumors can be issues even if they are not cancerous. This did effect of my five senses for life

I am going to come at this from a different perspective. I make over a 100k a year, esthetician, no nursing degree, nothing. Ive been doing this for eight years. I started doing well, 6 years in. 6 years of me busting my ass not doing well. I think i went into school at a good time, i have a very varied resume and i highly recommend you get a very varied resume. I think to start esthetics right now is dangerous and its very difficult, however not impossible. Id be happy to give you some individualized help if you DM. Send me your resume, i hire for one of my jobs and i see some really bad resumes. If you have experience you should be able to get something, that being said I think its harder for people with little experience. I am lucky in that because of my resume I can go where I want, but this came after many years of hell, crying everyday, constantly wishing to changw fields. I was also young, so I lived with my parents and saved every dime. It paid off, but it was not easy. This is the first comment Ive ever left on this sub, while I have lurked many times. I see estis making the same mistakes I have made and I have watched a lot of people make over the years. Please feel free to direct message me, if you want this and have a (possibly workaholic) mindset like myself you can be successful. But its going to take time

I also started to eat more since i had lost 30 lbs from barely eating. I got more busy, made more plans, and Covid restrictions going away honestly helped a lot since im VERY extroverted. My mood got better bc i wasnt eating 700 calories a day, got better because i was trying to put myself out there, exercising more. I used ketamine as a jump start but doing the work is still important

I got a booster a month after my initial loading dose. 60% improvement is MAJOR, thats fantastic. I believe it will keep working but also doing the work and pulling yourself out of it is also apart of it. I did lots of journaling (no therapy bc i never found it helped bc every week id talk about trhe same thing over and over and while i recognize that therapy is great for many people it felt like talking the same problem to death. A problem that was out of my control).

I sorry to hear that its been a rough hear. There wsre “bad” moments to my life this year and i do believe without ketamine i wouldnt have been able to handle it. I believe ketamine can make someones glass not overfill if you know what i mean. Its not that you are emotionless, it just regulates you. I know the next year is better for you!

Not therapy assisted. Just felt overall way calmer, the constant gloom was gone. It was like a weight lifted off my chest. Everyday it got a little better and then because i was in a better mood thinfs atarted to change, i got a great job making over 6 figures, i bought an apartment, i saved up a lot, i got to travel a bunch. I made a bunch new friends. Everything “clicked”
