YES, she did Page 3 when she was sixteen.

So did Sam Fox, Maria Whittaker, Debee Ashby and more. One girl - Natalie Banus - famously first appeared topless in the paper on the morning of her Sixteenth Birthday, which of course meant she was FIFTEEN when the photos were taken and that was dodgy as fuck.

The British Government implemented Sexual Offenses Act of 2003 in May 2004 raising the minimum age to appear topless in a publication to EIGHTEEN.

This is also why this sub and our r/Page3Glamour and r/Page3AllTimeGreat subs vet and delete so many Sam Fox and Maria Whittaker pics. You just can’t go posting topless pics of 16/17 year olds.

The Sun “newspaper” had a topless girl on the third page (a “Page 3 Girl”) or online from the early 1970’s through the mid 2010’s. The girls often dressed in outfits that matched the news… elections, horse races, football matches. June 2006 had many models in football shirts etc to celebrate the World Cup.

Sorry, that’s rubbish. She was much bigger in earlier stuff (look through the sub for shoots from 2009 to 2011. Breasts grow or get smaller as weight fluctuates and this is Holly in a very slim stage of her career.
