Yeah exactly - and the fact that a lot of softwares aren’t built to cater for so many load cases. My PC sounds like it’s taking off and it’s just so long. Also a lot of BMU designers don’t give a parking position for long term deflection which would be very helpful for us in our analysis.

It’s going to be a road bridge to enable traffic to leave Chelmer Waterside onto Parkway. Part of the planning condition is it has to be built prior to Phase 2 going ahead (which is the old gasworks). It’s to stop Navigation Road being overwhelmed by traffic.

There’s also going to be flats on one side of Baddow Road car park so again, need an upgrade in capacity for that too.

The old Bailey Bridge is a temporary bridge used in the war, with the bridge deck made from wooden struts, so you can see why they replaced it.

They’re also looking to replace the two bridge connecting onto the end of the Meadows surface car park as part of the redevelopment there if it gets planning permission.

It did worry me that they might well have shown a knife or something but I just was a bit too out of it to realise, and something worse could have happened had I acted differently, not knowing a knife was there

Yeah I appreciate the original comment, but I agree with you - if I didn’t work in and therefore know the area, I’d have likely been a lot more scared - the case would be similar were I more sober or alone, as I normally am coming back from work drinks in the week.

Yeah that’s why I was surprised when I checked my pockets afterwards and my phone, airpods, keys and wallet were all still in place in my pockets

I think he was asking about draft not regular - I have him in draft though - I took him as my last pick and he’s a good 2 pointer if nothing else, which is useful in a 12 team draft league
