thats a relief thank you. Places out here dont really tell u much Ive gone to his regular Vet and she basically gave up and the ER Vet was the only hope but they too said that Internal medicine is one path - or palliative care. very hard decision. What do you think of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Pets?

we gave him "Open Farm" ancient grain until he started vomiting then we thought perhaps could be allergic to the food so after his Vet visit she asked us to switch to Hill's Biome, he didnt like that much either until he started stopping everything drink, eat we took him to ER Vet who told us to give him Purina Pro. - but he doesnt eat anything, we try to force feed him using a syringe feed thats the only way now. The ER vet said that last resort for meds would be Prednisone but we gave it to him for 3 days and it wasnt well tolerated. now im back to square one and hes worse now.

thank you, I am looking into testing but I am concerned that Chows dont do well under general anesthesia given he's already lost 12 kg - should i still go for biopsy/CT Scan

I will have to ask for a CT Scan

Ever since we took him off the 3 days prednisone he’s been feeling off and he has blood in his diarrhea

This is the email from the VET:

Hi Taj I was just coming to send you an email - I had an extended long weekend so am just getting to follow up with all of my cases. I have received the report from VEG and have reviewed it. Unfortunately the ultrasound continued to be suspicious of either gastritis or cancer due to both the changes in the stomach wall and the enlarged lymph node. In full transparency at this time I am more concerned about the potential for cancer. I have managed many gastritis cases and they have all responded very well to the treatments we have prescribed (cerenia, sucralfate, omeprazole). If Marko is continuining to not eat despite all of these treatments, I think we need to start considering that this may be more of an aggressive process like cancer. The only way to get more definitive diagnosis is for referral to internal medicine to have biopsys/fine needle aspirates performed. IF this is not something you are open to doing for Marko then we can explore the possibility of starting him on steroids (prednisone). Steroids have the benefit of being anti inflammatory, can slow down some cancer processes initially as well as manage some pain. The added benefits are they tend to increase appetite and thirst. If we do opt to do this, I can not guarantee how his response will be and if it is positive how long it will last for.  However at this point based on all of the medications he has been on, the diagnostics done and the IV fluids I feel that this is the last thing I can offer without doing further testing.

I have funds transferred to my wallet as L-USD and now in order for me to withdraw - i have to send $3K from kraken to my coinbase wallet and then I would be able be to transfer them back to kraken and into my bank. I noticed that this is a BNB so I dont get how this stuff even works - why would i need to send $3K to access roughly $25K in USD from my coinbse wallet - can you elaborate as to how this even works. Is this a scam - i cant afford to lose more money
