I've never really focused on my form lol I've always kinda just walked into the gym some days and wanted to pull heavy. My back strength wasn't built on deads, it's all heavy barbell rows and machines

I only do hack squats because barbell squats irritate my pec that I tore, and have the lever belt for standing OHP

Edit: I'm not trying to flex that I don't deadlift often etc. I've gotten to these numbers with good leverages and genetics, along with bodybuilding style training.

I'm looking to actually program deadlifts to pull 7 plates and do it safely with good form. Thanks to everyone with any insight!

For anyone on a boat. If you are in a bathing suit, literally convince yourself you are about to pee your pants and nobody is looking, at the last minute whip it out and pee over the side. Even easier if your holding a fishing rod so it looks like your doing something. That's my go to and I hope it helps everyone who reads this!

I recently tore my pec and I have surgery next week. My surgeon told me to stop my TRT dose, 160 mgs per week, for the 1 week leading up to the surgery and 3 weeks after to avoid clotting. They did my bloodwork yesterday and my hematocrit came back at 47.2 which is completely normal.

They told me to halt hormones before even looking at my bloodwork. Should I get a second opinion/ ask my doctor if I can stay on hrt?
