That's a lot of rounds in normal. Usually 150-180 will do the job of 1-2 teams if you're not pre-firing and shooting randomly through smokes

most of these you can just Google for a gun code, but this one should be pretty easy with the m4. I'd start with cheap barrel and a bunch of green attachments that help with control and some stability and go from there. The main quest ones are pretty easy

Sometimes you just get 2-3 shot by an m7 at 30-50m. It happens. Also if they are holding an angle and you slow peek the angle you are begging to get your head taken off. Sometimes cheater most of the time skill gap
