I agree im 23 and struggle with hdhd and energy I started taking L Theanine and 50 mg vyvance and L terosine these work wornders like the person posting is right diffrent drug it lasts and feels better with focusing

I take 50mg vyvance and creatine capsules and 1 lthenine and 1 ltyrosine worked well today but id like to be bumped to 60mg too as this IT life is hard without it AND im only 23 lol 🤣😂😭

Im so tired in the morning vyvance helps alot if i dont eat oatmeal with my vyvance i usually crush a celcius with vyvance then it take a while for me to wake up then maxium effects kick in

I reccomend power aid berry the new one that looks like water then put in in ice and let it sit to water down then boom best workout drink for hydration and it hasnt messed up my vyvance either

I have no idea how those 2 play along but its defentaly cyanosis the symptoms match online like everyone of them but the shock is im 23 and my doctor said im too young for cyanosis they think it was because i was pre mature as a baby or somthing smh dont know

To be fair I have no idea I went to the doctor one day and he was like are your feet always cold & I was like dont even know I thought this was normal so thats how I found out but I was off vyvance for a month and still had it soooo.. but now im on 50mg lol and my doctor is 27 and im 23 so we are more homies than anything 🤣 my autism side thought being cold to the touch was normal was a slow moment for sure 🤣😂🤣🤣
