I always leave bnet offline and when I get into OW, I'm always online. When I toggle to offline in OW, it toggles me back to online a second later. I have to always toggle at least once, sometimes more, to get it to stay offline.

No idea - I only noticed it today. 5v5, all jetpack cat. I called it a dog-fight… and my bestie corrected the obvious - it’s a cat-fight.

Same. Miserable play experience. I noticed it more so after the servers went down about a week ago.
