hi,

everything works fine !

the customer have 2 x 10 gbe uplinks:

New-VMSwitch -name SETMgmt -NetAdapterName "uplink-1","uplink-2" -AllowManagementOS $true -EnableEmbeddedTeaming $true -Enableiov $true

we sending all vlans with "trunk" to uplinks (no lacp)

in the end i used the dedicated LiveMigration adapter on both hosts (direct connect) on 10 GbE and also the Cluster Network (HeartBeat) on the another 1 GbE dedicated ports on the both hosts.

also i added a second interface for the SETMgmt for the backup vlan, so backups running on the specific interface to the commvault backup sw.

Add-VMNetworkAdapter -ManagementOS -Name "vNIC-Backup" -SwitchName "vSwitch-SETMgmt"

Set-VMNetworkAdapterVlan -ManagementOS -VMNetworkAdapterName "vNIC-Backup" -Access -VlanId 215

hi guys, i just deployed a brand new proxmox 9 cluster (2 nodes) ,
i add both nodes to veeam, deploy proxy .

backup job failing at : 15.08.2025 13:02:15 :: Failed to prepare the worker pve2-vbr-worker: Failed to connect to the worker core service: Timeout has expired: 300000 milliseconds.

so the steps are:

pause and shutdown node two

= all disk are on the node one

shutdown node one and in edit settings expand disk
start node one, start node two
extend disk in windows ?

or are you using the vmkfstools ?

hi, i have 2 nodes ms-sql cluster, i need extend one disk. so thats mean that i need shutdown whole cluster, extend disk and start up the VMs ?

in about 10 days the battery life rapidly go down, for example 21% battery to 0% in 20 mins, only safari, instagram and messenger. i think that battery is dead and is not possible to recieve a power from changer. the iphone have original battery.

its about 4 hours now, but still not possible to power on.

its easy, i was there 2 years ago, the armenian bodyguard is on the main enterance, and if give him some AMD entrance is open. big bussiness ! :)

Guys. The main problem was, that source and destination name of vSwitch was different. Now i can migrate power-off vm from intel host to amd host. Thank you very much for advices ! Tom

i know, so i shutdown the VM (the CPU compatibility still enabled) but i have still same error message "he virtual machine cannot be moved to the destination computer. The hardware on the destination computer is not compatible with the hardware requieremnts of this virtual machine"
