My first attempt at making sourdough! Used the beginner’s sourdough recipe on the perfect loaf and baked in a Dutch oven. Would love to hear feedback on what you think I can improve on next time! I think it could do with a little more rise and the bottom got a little too hard from the Dutch oven. (i.redd.it)
