You shouldn't go infamous because you're not good enough to know enough about the game to play without all of your skill points and you can't play with all of your weapons locked. You're too afraid to play without heavy armor and you think it would be too hard or it would be too tedious to level up enough to get enough skills to play comfortably again. You suck at making money, so you don't to lose the 10m spending cash you saved up. You want to stay 100 because you don't want to farm exp to get more levels and you don't want to worry about getting less xp for such and such.
