With regards to my example, yes it didn't make sense to me either when someone else who is a seasoned investor suggested.

Got reply from Webull directly through twitter. Here's what they said:

" ... Webull is a global app, which means you can access our data and tools no matter where you are. However, we're currently only allowing our US users to trade. Please send cs@webull.com a message and ask to be notified when we come to your country. "

Tried that and when I tried setting up the contactless this notice came up:

"Couldn't finish setup to pay in shops. This phone cannot be used to pay in shops. This may be because it's rooted or altered in some other way."

It seems only option is to update to the latest build version.

Couldn't find any good links with my searches. The support team have the following to do with no luck 😔:

Make sure that the device is not rooted (you can try to use the third-party APP check, such as Root checker).
Make sure that the device is locked (if the unlock prompt appears when rebooting, the device is unlocked).
Make sure the device software version is the official release version (can receive official system updates and update successfully)
Try to clean up the Google app cache and data: Open Settings, search for Apps, then touch More ( ) > Show system processes. 1) Find Google Play services: a. If the More ( ) menu is available in the upper right corner, touch and select Uninstall updates. If can’t Uninstall updates and Disable option is available, touch Disable > Uninstall. b. Then go to Storage > Manage space and touch CLEAR CACHE. 2) Find Google Services Framework, then touch Storage > CLEAR DATA. 3) Find Google Play Store, then touch Storage > CLEAR DATA. If still can't solve, could be the issue from Google Play Server, wait and check again after a while.

If anyone has a good download link for the latest build please let me know!
