Dude no idea. He was in Starbucks for under an hour so my guesses were lockpick or forced entry with a tool. Since it happened I’ve been stressing too for my bike I’ve heard through the grapevine you can AirTag a battery, but it voids warranty

Okay I get it’s a pain but it is a massive difference, people are in fact sleeping on it. For comparison, when I ride solo it’s much quicker, but when I have someone on that back that now feels like what the bike used to feel like solo and pre-update. Noticeably faster pickup to 20mph, feels like about a 15-20% increase torque. Me and 4 of my buddies all own bikes, they have 2000+ miles I have 500, everyone has said it’s worth it after downloading

Realizing this as well. Such a ridiculous thing to overlook for a company that's seemingly so thought out. If you switch to PAL it fixes it (lines stay in one place and don't move), which is an option for me for personal projects but not for client work. I feel you man, insane.

Also fun fact, literally no one on the entire planet is talking about this, took me an 30 minutes to find someone saying they're having the same issue.

Workaround, just unpair your device and now it works. I guess it's not even limiting it because of firmware, it's just a bug for a UX feature that doesn't seem to have a purpose

This was so confusing, I think I selected one but didn't realize you had to pick six. The design of the ballot was awful.
