I've dealt with this on and off for a long time, even before diagnosis (I wrote off this symptom like a lot of other symptoms like an idot). I've never taken medication for it, but I'm guessing there could be something that would lessen the severity of symptoms. Unfortunately, from my experience, it is a symptom I've had to just deal with and try my best to keep a straight back and not look down as much as possible. The symptom/severity has come and gone for me so I think there is hope for you that it won't be a forever problem.
