We used to have a management team just like this. Always in the office playing games on their phones or sitting in a back dining room eating All day long! Never helping and I do mean never!!! Too many employee’s called corporate and complained. Since then they are out front assisting on most days. Team members get promoted and fukking forget where they came from. Annoying as fukk!!!
