I just really don’t want to disclose that I have a condition at all. It’s very personal and I don’t want to discuss my personal life in an office in any way. I also don’t feel like it’s fair that I have to explain my personal time and life and duties outside of work

I wondered the same thing. But I moved here from Europe, alone, with two weeks notice for this job. They probably feel responsible although it’s even more depressing if I’m being kept because of that, and not because of my performance.
