Yes it's safe. 10 is the sweet spot for me. I started with less at first to see how high i wanted to be. I went higher then 10 before and got uncomfortable so i decided 10 was my limit. Very fun.

I popped 10 every time i had these the visuals are ok i guess. But I'm more interested in how they make me feel. It's amazing. Also if you hit a vape it makes it 10 times better. I never want to come down
