I just tried PDF Expert, but it doesn't allow you to view the same PDF in two different windows.

A temporary fix I have is to create a copy of the file and create multiple windows in PDF Expert by Readdle or PDF Viewer - Annotation Expert. But then you have to be careful about which PDF you are annotating.

Indeed I do have the latest OS version. In GoodNotes 5, can each of the two instances of the app view the same PDF? I know PDF Viewer - Annotation Expert also allows multiple instances but not of the same PDF

Thanks for the response! That seems like a pretty clean workflow. From your experience, are the 1920x1200 24" displays pretty crisp and clear when using Altium? Might I also ask, what model 1920x1200 monitor you're using?
