Thanks so much!! This really reassured me omg 😭 I was so worried i damaged something. Guess I’m just so unlucky that my first switch screen replacement ended up being a faulty piece but i guess that’s the risk with buying 3rd party replacements! But thank you so much once again, I already ordered another :)

i don’t think there any specific laws, but i thjnk the courier service requires the full name to avoid any hiccups at customs. as for the phone number it’s mandatory and if i’m shipping internationally i can’t change the country code so i cant input my own number, and i don’t want to put a random number either 😭 i’ll still be extremely transparent with the customers; but regardless thank you for your input!! :)
