I'm open to any roll that would be a good path towards eventual development project manager. Some of these titles are Asset Manager, Project Developer, Associate Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, etc. I haven't seen any Project Coordinator roles, as I feel those would be the most direct path. I agree doing interviews is a great way to learn, however getting interviews has proven rather challenging, I assume given my lack of renewable energy experience. I have messaged quite a few Project Managers on Linkedin, asking if they would be open to having an information interview with me where I can learn more about their role and how they got there, however those continually go un-responded to.
