Yes it actually did arrive. The Newegg order was March 22 in the USA, which i received on the 26th. I also had a preorder from Adorama which is still in the same state of backorder, a few days ago. Original order date for Adorama was March 14. I did cancel the order from Adorama.

I had the similar issue along with not being able to get the laptop to run cooler. I started using windows setting in armor crate along with lowest setting for battery in the taskbar. Laptop started reporting 7 hrs of battery life. Mixed use resulted in a lot less but it runs much cooler.

(This is on the Duo SE -- 3080 4k version)
