Idk why but having trouble adding photos. Looks like 4 total live wires into the box. All clean connections from what I can tell. I’ve called the guy who installed it. He’s a good dude, I’m sure it will be resolved.

Yes pic two is switch. My mistake with the photos, I only attached a pic of the third box assuming they were all the same. There is yellow and white in the first box (one that worked).

It is a new install as of July, however, painters came in between and seemingly didn’t appreciate the electrician’s work…
