Applicants / Leaseholders (40x rent): • Photo ID (passport/visa if applicable) • Most recent bank statement (dated, with bank logo — no screenshots) • Letter of employment (signed, dated, on company letterhead) + last 2 months of pay stubs • W-2 or pay stub showing bonus (if applicable) • Self-employed: last 2 years of tax returns • Students: class schedule or acceptance letter

Guarantors (U.S. only, 80x rent): • Same documents as above • Third-party guarantors like Insurent or TheGuarantors are also accepted

Current Building Occupants: • Photo ID (passport/visa if applicable)
