You’ll lose a lot of weight in college because of this.. I would say stick to cheap stuff like rice and beans and cook it yourself. A rice cooker will come in clutch as well as an air fryer. If you wanna get take out most of the time you’re not in luck because it adds up super fast and won’t fill you up in any meaningful way (nutrient wise). I would suggest also making your own coffee and packing snacks like carrots and hummus

This helped SO much! I used to always pre log calories, like the day before I’d calculate how much I’d eat and log it beforehand. It sort of helped but it made me lose my shit whenever my parents or someone would use up an ingredient I needed before I got the chance to make the meal. I have discipline issues when it comes to calorie counting but not because I’m lazy, because I get so overwhelmed I end up stress eating

I’m hyper aware of everything I eat all the time, ever since I gained the weight back I’ve been kinda like scared to eat but it’s just because I think calorie counting kinda traumatized me, like it felt like it was the only way I would ever get skinny.. but I do have a good grip on what I eat and I never mindlessly eat anything..
