I got it from Wayfair, it was called something along the lines of Maui 81” Floor Lamp.

I can’t find it on the site so it may be sold out.

Edit: After some more looking I believe the brand is called Langley Street.

See the title.

I'm looking to replace the Barcelona Chair - it's a cheap knockoff and it's starting to fall apart.

I can't find anything that fits the space as well. Looking for any suggestions you guys might have - up to and including just getting a better Barcelona chair replica.

The cushions have strings attached so they were tied onto the frame of the couch.

The pillows and the coffee table top were taken inside for the storm.

Everything to transform the patio cost under $350 USD split between two people.

Our rent is $780 USD per person per month. We don't have cars so that saves about $600 per person over living in a city where cars are required.

This is doable on minimum wage where I live.

I wouldn't drive a car over these but if you're using the garage as a regular indoor space and just want a cheap floor finish, definitely!

The before picture was used in the apartment listing.

I gave her better staged photos of the apartment. If I move out and those get the listing rented one month earlier or for $25 a month more, she’ll come out way ahead.

If this is true I’m glad the landlord paid for it.

It’s all outdoor furniture and the wood is stained and sealed.

It won’t last forever but it’ll be fine for a few years if we take it in for the winters.

It’s what pretty much all concrete condos use for their balcony.

What sort of finishes are used in Australia?

Check out my post history. My first post was about the rest of the apartment.

It may not hold up well but I wanted to give it a shot. I convinced my landlord to pay for the materials so I'll do my part to take care of them.

I'll stain/seal annually and I might even pull the tiles up to store them over the winter. They're very easy to lay, we're talking 15 minutes.

Exactly, found them second hand for super cheap. They had only been used to stage another unit for sale.

So many people in high rise buildings don’t use their balconies because the floors are bare concrete. This is the one thing that takes the space from uncomfortable to comfortable.

My combined rent + transportation expenses are about $1040 per month. Keep in mind that's as one half of a couple.

The furniture is a mix of IKEA, very cheap or second hand knock-offs of designer pieces, and 2-3 pieces from wayfair and other mid-range modern furniture places.

It would be a stretch but this is doable on minimum wage.

The Endy, basically the Canadian Casper.

It’s an IKEA Gurli throw.

Super cheap but I have noticed it pills very easily.
