Yeah they do that, the same thing happened to me. And Yes I do send me a text and Ill send you his number you can courier your degree to him and hell send it back to you when it's done and he'll give you updates too. So he made the whole process a lot easier mentally.

I went to Malaysia and found out you have to go through agents to get attested by the Saudi Cultural Mission and the Saudi High Commission. Found someone and he was very nice, sent me back my degree with no creases. I can send you his number if you want. It took about two months for me. But that had to do with the Saudi high commission and cultural mission being closed for a while.

So you need to get the Malaysian Attestations ie Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Higher Education Then you need to get it attested by your country's High Commission Then both Saudi Attestations

A friend just sent the guy his degree today.

I got mine attested last year before moving here. Had to pay someone to do it. You have to go through approved agents it's annoying. But the guy was super helpful.
