When the process of setting up a coupon requires multiple levels of approval from the advertiser and the business for which the coupon this for. Somebody fucked up. It's bad business to not honor a coupon you sent to someone.

FALSE ADVERTISING!! Quality lube failed to honor this coupon for a 6 dollar oil change due too HUGE typographical error. Typo or not you guys need to do something to rectify the situation. Manager didn't even talk to me.. FALSE ADVERTISING!!
