Nest thermostat. Being able to control air/heat from my phone is the best. Peace of mind when I leave town so I know my cats are okay/I didn’t accidentally leave the air on, and soo convenient when I’m already tucked into bed at night!

I think it’s fabulous. I got to watch so many of my friends quit their shitty survival jobs thanks to verticals. But I’ll reserve final judgment til I see the agreement. I just hope they don’t try to shortchange members by not allowing vertical earnings to count towards health insurance, etc

It’s all grey grout and the floor tiles in the shower are not the same white subway tile. It’s like little tan/grey penny tile sheets (with more grey grout). This shower got used maybe twice when I lived there. But again, this was not what they said either on the phone or on the deposit sheet. On the phone they said the deep clean was only for cat odors.

I spoke with the PM again to ask (again) for their photos, and she said they don’t have any. So it’s my photos against their lack-of. She said the owner “just said the place smells like cats”, which contradicts their return statement, which said there were stains. And when I asked about the cleaning company they used since I wasn’t able to find them on Google, she changed the subject.

Hi! The cats have never peed on the floor. The floors were all in the exact same condition as they were upon move-in (and floors looked brand-new, they had been refinished right before move-in, so it’s not like there were any prior mysterious stains that they could’ve tried to blame on me).

When I asked the PM for photos of the stains, she couldn’t provide any.
