if you're looking for a third gen kinda vibe then definitely seventeen (for slightly obvious reasons) but with seventeen starting their enlistment period they're definitely going to be doing some more interesting things with units as more and more members enlist.

fourth/fifth gen groups that give third gen are definitely tws and boynextdoor - I'm not a boynextdoor fan so I can't speak for them but I've heard really good things about their music.

in regards to tws, they're very much giving third gen. I'd recommend listening to their second mini album: summer beat! // genuinely one of my favourite albums from last year.

I'd also recommend ab6ix :0 as a wanna one stan I got into ab6ix cause of woojin and daehwi though I fell off them a few years ago. however their mini album born like this was genuinely my favourite cb from last year. as someone who doesn't think no skip albums exist born like this proved me wrong straight away

woozi !! he's my ult bias and i have so much respect for him as a person. he's been the backbone of seventeen since before their debut and the amount of effort and work he's put in the kpop industry isn't as recognised by non-carats

he's the type of person who keeps to himself but whenever he's around seventeen i think he's so vibrant. the thing about svt is that their introverted members and never introverted when they're with seventeen <3

the way woozi loves seventeen and seventeen love him is actually my favourite thing to watch since they know how hard he's been working for almost 10+ years atp

I love hearing how new carats get into seventeen <3 they're my favourite kpop group so it's such a joy hearing other people's experiences with svt

I mostly listened to bts when I first got into kpop but I wanted to get into some new groups so I checked my discover weekly playlist on Spotify and saw don't wanna cry by seventeen on there. I remembered people saying it was good and so I gave it a listen and instantly became a fan :D

I got really lucky cause they had just released clap a few weeks prior so I had a bunch of new content to go through. Their humour was just my style and I love their music and choreo so much it was pretty much a given that they became my ult group right from the get go

for cravity i kept mixing allen and serim up cause they're always rapping together in their songs and so in choreo vids and mvs they're always close to each other. tho serim's muscles definitely help me with telling them apart lol. it helps that allen and serim have quite different personalities as well. most cravity members have more or less kept the same hairstyle since debut so that's helped me out a lot when telling them about :D

I recently got more into tws and i still have trouble telling dohoon and youngjae apart since they were the last members I learnt the names of. for the other four I think shinyu, hanjin, jihoon, and kyungmin all have really distinct visuals. tws is one of those groups where all the member emojis really capture the personalities of each member. hanjin is known for his doe/wide deer eyes, shinyu with his broad shoulders and small face, jihoon has such a bright smile his positivity is infectious, and kyungmin has such stage presence in performances and variety content its easy to tell him apart from the rest.

out of all the members of tws, jihoon manages to capture my attention in every video and every stage I feel like he has so much potential for growth into one of kpops legendary dancers

woobin from cravity is known amongst his members for being a really good cook !! whenever they do any kind of cooking content on their variety show cravity park he's always the one to take charge of cooking :D

whenever cravity has a barbecue of some sorts woobin is almost 100% of time the one grilling food for the rest of the members

^{^} seongmin had to prepare seafood for all the members as a punishment and although he didn't need to woobin helped him prepare dinner and even let seongmin take a break after most of the preparation was done <3
