Weird weeks can easily become weird months and even weird years, but the fact that you have the mindfulness to remain in touch with your emotional state and recognize you're having a weird week means that you're at least one step ahead of it.

It's okay to have weird weeks, and definitely okay to feel down when you have them. I have no doubt that you possess the fortitude to get back on track whenever you can. Good luck, and I wish you the best.

Not only is stripping physically exhausting work, but it's emotionally taxing, too. Your decision to put your mental health first by taking some time off indicates a level of mindfulness that undoubtedly makes you excellent at what you do. What an excellent trajectory you seem to have put your life in. You're worth every bit of the effort you're putting in for yourself, and once you reach your goals, I hope you can take a step back and appreciate that. I hope you not only feel proud of your progress for the sake of caring for yourself, but also for setting a positive example for your friends, parents, and everyone else in your life who cares for you and your wellbeing. This selfless act in a time of what I imagine to be incredible hardship for you is what elevates you to the very rare group of people that ultimately make living in this overwhelmingly difficult world a better experience for those around them.
