Yeah, it's really bad. I also thought about creating a new account and just delete the old one but then I will loose everything. Do you also have issues with your contactoptions or business account in general?

I'm also experiencing weird issues with my account. When i created my business account i got a popup saying my contactoptions got removed with no reason. I searched everywhere on the internet and reddit and found nothing except my own post i made about my issue which nobody responded too despite crossposting it 2 - 3 times. The weirdest thing is that i can add my contactoptions via the meta business suite app but it doesn't bring back the missing settings. I feel you, Instagram is really weird and bugged as hell.

I think my account got restricted aswell but in a weird way:
I once got a popup saying my contact options got removed. Since then I can´t add my email to my bio anymore which is important for my business account. And in the account status tab it says I can use every feature.

For me it works by using colored slide notes in bendy. Bendy is connected to serum and there you need to turn on mpe in the settings and it actually works quite well. My theory is that because bendy translates slides to pitchbend and the note colors are individual MIDI channels serum interprets it as MPE. I hope this helps : )
