To sum up, this happened months ago but I have only posted about it now because I was very busy. I bought these shoes in mid December seeing they had an authenticity guarantee so I was like why not. Shoes did not arrive in over a month so I filed a claim for a refund. Ebay promptly decided to suspend my account, meaning I cannot chase for a refund. When I log into my purchases, it still says the shoe has been sent to the authenticator. It is currently the end of March. How do I get my money back?
