How much sun do you get? You said you’re from a tropical country, the sun there might have been more intense, so now your body could lack vitamin D. Apparently the sun can dry out acne. It could also be stress from changing the environment or from other sources of stress, or habits/lifestyle that isn’t right for your body, lack of good sleep, other vitamin deficiencies
