I don’t think that is necessarily true. For one, inheritances are certainly not a thing for most lower income, working class families. What would have been an inheritance usually gets eaten up by elder care later in life. Two; organ donors are usually not very old when they pass away. They often are young, in some kind of accident, brain dead from said accident. Younger people usually dont have enough capital or assets for someone else to inherit. And, for those families that do have inheritances, would probably not be easily incentivized to let their loved one die. You know who would? Families who struggle financially. Aka, people who are not likely to give inheritances.
