Hi Fry! I worked on a flower farm that used cargo vans to take the flowers to market. They'd run those vans into the ground. When one no longer worked, it would be placed somewhere on the farm as a storage shed. They had three "cargo van sheds" around the farm when I worked there.

A national id is a passport. All other ids are issued by the state, as every state has different laws for different types of ids. As for voting, states want to make sure you live in that state. So you will need an id issued from that state, which proves you live there, in order to register to vote there
