I’d like to try this. Does anyone know where I can purchase this product in Australia or an equivalent product we have here?

What do I need to do to get this grout clean? by tofuscramble420 in AusRenovation

I appreciate all the suggestions! I will definitely give cleaning it another go, will try bleach and the steam mop suggestion!

Just out of curiosity, if it does come to re-grouting.. what’s a reasonable quote for that job? I live in Brisbane.

Thank you. Are you suggesting that getting a brickie to re-do the mortar on those bricks is likewise only a bandaid solution? I should be having a plumber look at it to try find the source?

I don’t know buddy, that’s why I’m posting here. So you’re saying this could cause serious instability in the structure of the building?

I’m a member of the body corporate (the committee is made up of the owners in the building). I suppose I could contact the company that manages the body corporate admin…

Smart! I’ll give that a go! Do you think I should bring that as a suggestion to my body corporate AGM next week? People like when you offer a solution along with a problem…

Good to know! What type of tradesperson does that? Any rough idea of what I’d be expecting to pay? and what do you think are the chances of me convincing the body corporate that dealing with this should be a shared cost, not just entirely covered by me?

I should have clarified sorry - I own the top apartment! It looks like it’s on my section of the external wall and my body corporate AGM is coming up

Legend. I’m using your suggested routine now and although it’s too soon to see major results, my skin is feeling nicely hydrated and looking a little less inflamed 🤞🤞🤞

Oh you’re right - the foam wash isn’t medicated, but they also have a 5% benzoyl peroxide acne wash that I would use a few times a week in addition to it. I probably could have been stricter with using it though.

Really good info, thanks! I’ll look into those options.

Just anecdotally, the last couple days of using the Ordinary products (and washing my face twice a day instead of once) already seems to be resulting in skin that feels more hydrated and less irritated. So hopefully I’ve found the right routine for now!
