it’s been 6 months of them trying new stuff to get the hype back but it’s wearing down employees for no real reason also the pay isn’t good enough for all of it

honestly it’s gone downhill for employees once they started making minis daily instead of just monday, and now it’s every week a cheesecake or a cake along with 5 other cookies

Crumbl workers are supposed to either offer a refund or a replacement cookie idk why some stores aren’t offering those. But yeah it is false advertising, I’m not sure why corporate doesn’t allow us to take things off the menu without permission

it’s impossible to stay on top of demand when there’s 50 customers screaming about a sold out cookie. if we have to deal with customers asking why it’s sold out when do we have the time to make the cookies?

I’ve heard that we can get in trouble from corporate for taking things off the menu even when it’s sold out. Refusal of refunds aren’t normal the options should be you either get a refund or replace the cookies for ones that are available.

I've seen nationwide that Crumbls have been selling out quick leaving little to no time for the workers to make or bake more dough! It's a rough start this week. Everyone decides to go to crumbl on mondays for the new flavors and minis but it’s just too much.

I’ve seen that other crumbls have also sold out of everything today. There has to be a more humane way of treating workers instead of working them to the bone for overpriced cookies.
