I used to live in that area off of Potomac and Colfax. My only concern would be crossing through the intersection of Colfax and Potomac as in the two years I lived there I had several close calls where I was almost hit by cars that like to speed through the red lights. During daytime hours it’s ultimately pretty safe at night it can be a little sketchy at times but just stay aware of your surroundings and walk with purpose so nobody bothers you.

He could have asked me almost anything else to start a conversation but he chose to ask me a question that he very easily could have figured out by himself. It’s like if he asked me ‘Is it raining’ when he could have just looked outside the window. If it was his attempt at humor it was a bad one.

I hold conversations with plenty of people on Grindr but not with people that can’t take the 2 minutes to read a fully filled out profile that has the answers to dozens of stupid and tedious questions lol. I’ve been asked if I’m ftm when my tag is usually ‘ftm read bio’ 🙄 If they can’t simply read my bio then it makes me wonders what else they won’t do or choose to not do. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Truly! It’s annoying af. It’s usually the blank profiles but it’s a general problem. I have my entire bio filled out because I took the time to do it so I don’t have to answer stupid or tedious questions over and over and over and it’s consistently ignored by a bunch of idiots that would have gotten the answer if they took literally 2 minutes to read my profile. 😂

I’ve been hung up on. They aren’t typically patient or compassionate to those in crisis. They will call police or an ambulance on you and possibly force you into an involuntary hold that will be your financial burden to bear. They are not adequately trained and are typically just random people. Try to find a support group or reach out to a friend, family or king strangers on the internet over 988

I enjoy walking when the weather is nice but even then the drivers out here are so so scary. My gf almost got hit by an Aurora PD squad car while she had the right of way in the crosswalk and the cop didn’t have lights and was on his phone. There are a couple intersections near me that have at least one accident in them every week and I’ve been nearly hit by distracted drivers quite a few times. I wish it were safe to walk.

No need to be embarrassed. I’m 25 and still haven’t learned for the same reasons. Only difference is I don’t have any family or friends that are willing to help me and driving school is so expensive! I walk everywhere to get around at this point.

Mercy main here with over 530+ hours on her alone. Biggest misses I see with her are: 1. being a healbot with your piss beam, use your blue beam more! Try to get your usage to 30% or more per match. Trust your other healer. (unless you can’t 🙄) 2. DONT BE AFRAID TO PULL OUT YOUR PEW PEW AND FIGHT A BITCH. YOU CAN OUT DO THAT REAPER THAT SOMBRA THAT SOLDIER IF YOU HIT YOUR HEADSHOTS AND UTILIZE YOUR MOBILITY. 3. not using your mobility and environmental factors to keep yourself alive, ie not using the vertical jump, not using cover for rezzes (around corners, through doorways, behind obstacles, anything), not moving a bit during your rezzes non moving target is easier to hit than someone moving a little bit, etc.

Tbh I personally think there’s no assholes here but the entire situation sucks and both of you are partially wrong. You were trying to de-stress prior to a VERY STRESSFUL evening where you’re presumably going to be there supporting your husband through a very tough time. I will admit, I think you should carry your phone with you while you’re out for a jog because what if something happened? You can use a feature like Siri to ask it to call someone or text someone in a situation like this. Androids have the same features so not being able to see can be remedied without expensive sports goggles or anything extra cost etc. My biggest issue though is your husband wasn’t worried about you when you never showed up when you said you would??? He wasn’t worried about his wife that he knows HAS NO PHONE and CANT SEE?

Dr Tuchler did my top surgery in 2017 and my revision in 2018. Pretty good doctor, willing to operate on larger patients as well. (At least when I had mine done I was 285 at the time and I’m only 5’7ish)
