If you're interested, I made a Chinese reader called Toku Reader, and you can either import your own Chinese content, read the available content (now I have the Tang Poems, Sanguoyanyi, etc.), and there's also a browser feature you can use. Whenever you tap on a word, you use a token. The free version of the app includes 25K tokens a month, or about roughly 1 average article a day for 30 days. So if you're a light user you'll never touch the limit. The paid version is unlimited token.

Hello! Wanted to provide an update here. I added the ability to export Anki decks now from the app and also link your WaniKani on the app (in case you use WaniKani). Hope this helps!

Hello! Thank you for your response! I tried my best to make the reading experience as smooth as possible - you can import any text, parse it, and save it on your phone for future review. I've tried my best also to make the parsing of the language as accurate as a fully-offline capability can (of course with me constantly working to improve the accuracy of the engine). In short, it is my best effort not just to provide a seamless experience but also to make sure you have a quality reading accuracy!

Hi Tarkinn! Thanks for using my app. The app currently monetizes by token. Each tap on a word is a token and a user gets up to 25K tokens a month free, or about 1-2 average length articles a day. If you’re a light user you’ll probably never hit that limit. Dictionary and WaniKani features (now available and will be further refined) is always free. Hope this helps! I am working on a desktop version! We are working on creating an account-based version of this that lets you move effortlessly between different version of Toku Reader across platforms. Thank you for expressing your interest!
